WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately and will take 3-5 days to be posted back to your credit card.

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time by tracking your order. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from KatyPerryCollections.com, we will gladly accept a return for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Items returned within 14-30 days of purchase will receive a store credit.
All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. To avoid damage, we recommend trying footwear on carpeted areas. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns of damaged or worn items.
Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit. We are not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.
Sale merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Pack items securely in original product packaging
Complete, process, and print your prepaid return label
Affix prepaid UPS label to the shipping box and retain bottom portion of the label with tracking number
Take you package to a UPS location. You can find your closest UPS location at ups.com/dropoff

If you opt to not use our free prepaid UPS shipping, your return charges must be prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We are unable to automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on KatyPerryCollections.com.
